Renovation of the Chairman's Office Suite – Erfan Hospital, Saadat Abad
700 m² | Seventh Floor | Completed 2022, 2023 (1402)
Designed and executed as a fusion of neoclassical and modern luxury, this suite began with the complete removal of the old utilities and structure, followed by a new 6-meter-high LSF (Light Steel Frame) structure and its utilities, with smart systems controlling the curtains, lighting, cooling, and heating.
Custom pieces include furniture and chandeliers made from about 17,000 crystal pieces, alongside premium natural stone such as Italian Antolini on the walls and floors. Artworks include the Erfan element in the conference hall, designed and built in-house, and a unique mirror-work piece by Master Afshar Naderi.
Single-piece glass panels, 4.5 meters high along the entire exterior wall, offer spectacular city views from across the project.
