Elahieh Terrace
Residential Renovation and Interior Design | Elahieh, Tehran
Vega Office
Elahieh Terrace is the full renovation of an apartment in northern Tehran, with open views of the city and the Alborz mountains. The design is built on restraint: a single palette of sand, cream, and natural oak, enriched by stone, marble, linen, and brushed brass.
Light oak joinery defines the interior. Wardrobes and cabinets sit flush with the walls, while beds, nightstands, and the living room console float above the stone floor, keeping the spaces open and light. Concealed LED lines trace the ceilings, glow beneath the kitchen cabinets, and frame the bathroom mirrors, so each room is lit by soft, indirect warmth rather than visible fixtures.
The kitchen pairs matte gray cabinetry with warm oak and a marble countertop. The bathrooms continue the same calm language with large-format stone-toned tiles, monolithic floating basins, and matte black or brass fittings. The terrace extends the home outward, with planters, a retractable awning, and a clear view over Tehran toward the mountains.
The result is a quiet, warm home defined by simplicity, careful detailing, and a strong sense of identity.
