Located in a unique, unrepeatable setting in Tehran's Zafaraniyeh district, this project was an opportunity to add to both the spiritual and material value of the property.
Materials were chosen for both practical and artistic function. The generous built-up area and high ceilings allowed classical and neoclassical details to be developed with a structural, forward-looking approach, creating an authentic, imposing, and attractive space. Plasterwork, wood carving, painting, lighting, mirror-work, stone carving, floral ornamentation, and authentic furniture adorn the interior, while a smart system serves every space and sub-space, pairing art with today's technology. Green, functional terraces on either side of the building create a distinctive presence within Tehran's urban landscape.Set atop the Grand Park Tower on the heights of Zaferaniyeh, this 750 sqm penthouse is defined by a distinctive classical character and an extraordinary richness of detail.
